Registering your company in Japan
To register a Japanese branch, you need the following:
- You will need a person in Japan to represent your company. They can be non-Japanese, but they will need a Japanese address. This person will need a registered chop. (We can help you get this.)
- Company chop (We order for you.)
- Affidavit (We prepare and you sign.)
We will do the following
- Make sure the company name is not already used.
- Create all the paperwork.
- Submit the paperwork.
Cost
- 90,000 ¥ registration fee to the Japanese government.
- 250,000 ¥ processing fee.
- Approx. 10,000 ¥ for a company chop.
Additional Services
- Open a bank account.
- Submit the business registration to the Japanese IRS.
- Find office space for you and help negotiate the lease.
- Equip your office.
