Registering your company in Japan

To register a Japanese branch, you need the following:

  1. You will need a person in Japan to represent your company. They can be non-Japanese, but they will need a Japanese address. This person will need a registered chop. (We can help you get this.)
  2. Company chop (We order for you.)
  3. Affidavit (We prepare and you sign.)

We will do the following

  • Make sure the company name is not already used.
  • Create all the paperwork.
  • Submit the paperwork.

Cost

  • 90,000 ¥ registration fee to the Japanese government.
  • 250,000 ¥ processing fee.
  • Approx. 10,000 ¥ for a company chop.

Additional Services

  • Open a bank account.
  • Submit the business registration to the Japanese IRS.
  • Find office space for you and help negotiate the lease.
  • Equip your office.
